Refund Policy

1. The short version

If a purchase on this website didn't work out, we'd rather refund you than keep an unhappy listener. Single books and author bundles come with a 14-day money-back guarantee — no questions asked. Website subscriptions can be cancelled anytime in one click; you keep access until the end of the paid period. App Store subscriptions are cancelled and refunded through Apple (section 4).

2. Single books & author bundles (bought on this website)

3. Website subscriptions

These three lines are about a subscription billed by us. They do not apply to a subscription billed by Apple — see the next section.

4. Subscriptions bought in the iOS app (Apple)

If you subscribed inside the iOS app, Apple is the seller. Apple took the payment, Apple issued the receipt, and Apple holds the money — so Apple, not us, cancels and refunds:

5. How to request (website purchases)

Email support@iconicvoices.io with the email address you used at checkout. Receipts are issued by our payment processor at the time of purchase and contain an order number that speeds things up, but it is not required.

6. EU & UK consumers — statutory 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from purchases of digital content. By starting to stream or download a purchased book you request immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby lose that statutory withdrawal right, as permitted by Art. 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. For a purchase made on this website, that right runs against us, and our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee above is broader and still applies — even after you have started listening, one email is enough. For a subscription bought in the App Store, your contract of sale is with Apple (Apple Distribution International Ltd., Ireland) and any statutory withdrawal or refund right runs against Apple; use reportaproblem.apple.com.

7. Payment processing

For website purchases, payments and refunds are processed by our payment processor (named at checkout and on your receipt); the charge on your statement will reference the descriptor shown at checkout, and refunds always go back to the original payment method. For App Store subscriptions the charge comes from Apple and appears on your Apple Account billing, not on ours.

8. Anti-abuse note

We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of clear abuse (e.g. repeated purchase-listen-refund cycles across many titles). This clause exists for edge cases — honest requests are simply honoured.
